Who We Serve
We thrive on helping our clients set up, manage, and oversee financial data, processes and systems.
Our services translate to businesses regardless of their industry or business model. We serve non-profits, cooperatives, sole proprietors, and small businesses. You’ll see from our current client portfolio that we have experience in construction, homecare, retail, housing, farming / agriculture, brewing, service and restaurants, and many more.
Combined our team holds 20+ years of relevant experience, as both service provider and business owner.
-
We primarily serve clients in Washington State, but we do have experience and established client history for clients nationally. Our virtual workflow allows us the flexibility to expand our services across the US.
-
Small and independent businesses and non-profits with 1-50 employees that require professional financial services but cannot justify hiring full-time staff.
These types of clients often seek personalized attention and value-based relationships that larger accounting firms cannot provide.
-
We pride ourselves on being not just an adaptable business services provider, but a partner to our clients as well.
If we don’t directly offer a service you need or aren’t the right fit for your business, we’ll research and refer you to someone who can.
How We Work
1. Consultation
It all begins here. We’ll schedule a short video call to get a sense of what your needs are and how we may be able to help.
2. Proposal & Engagement
From our consultation we’ll be able to send you a proposal & engagement with a detailed scope and price for that work.
3. Getting Started
Once the proposal & engagement is signed, we’ll start our onboarding process.
4. Staying Started
We’ll be in regular communication about any information we need from you, and are available for questions and inquiries.
5. Financial Advisory
If you’re in need of some additional support, let’s talk to see if advisory would be a good fit.
Our Partners
Our bookkeeping and accounting team partner with Dext, Xero, and Gusto to work with our clients to provide accurate and timely bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll services.
Book Office Hours
Our team allocates additional time to provide free limited office hours to existing clients as well as the public.
We understand that sometimes you just need a third party for a second set of eyes, thought partnership, or guidance. We’re here to help with that.
